Cancellation policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Special Notes
If you have financed this contract via a loan and withdraw from it later, you are also no longer bound by the loan contract – provided both contracts form a single economic unit. This is especially the case if we are also your lender or if your lender used our cooperation for financing.
If the loan has already been paid to us at the time of the withdrawal, your lender will assume our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you.
This does not apply if the present contract concerns the purchase of financial instruments (e.g. securities, currencies, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid being contractually bound as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan contract, if you have a right to do so.
